Railcar Tank Cleaning

Runyon Industry operates a railcar tank cleaning facility that provides the following washing methods:

•    High pressure (crude) wash
•    Caustic wash
•    Refined wash
•    Kosher wash
•    Kosher monitor wash
•    Caustic boil wash
•    Food Grade Wash
•    Detergent Wash
•    Kosher Oil Wipe

Manways and bottom outlet valves are cleaned on all railcars regardless of wash type specified. A final internal inspection is performed to ensure the customer’s wash instructions are followed correctly. Following the cleaning process, all potential contamination routes of the railcar are sealed, including the manway, dome, and bottom outlet valve.
